Cancellation and Refund Policy

At ZUA Fashion, we strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s our cancellation and refund policy:

1. Order Cancellation:

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet.
  • To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order details.
  • If the order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it, but you may return the item once you receive it.

2. Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be processed for returns within 2 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

3. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us immediately with photographs of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

4. Non-returnable Items:

  • Items that are used, washed, or have missing tags cannot be returned or refunded.

5. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
